Lyme has been reported in all 50 states and is the fastest-growing vector-borne disease in the U.S. Despite what you may have heard in the past, Lyme is rather easy to get and difficult to treat.
How do I know this? Because I had untreated Lyme, RMSF, and tularemia (another tick-borne disease) for nearly 2 years before doctors figured out what was making me so sick. By then, I was bedridden and forced to resign from my teaching job. I’ve been living with chronic Lyme for nearly 10 years now and I created this resource after years of studying how to get better and share what I've learned to help others do the same.
